I'm Cecil Wolberton, and I retired from the US Army as a Lieutenant Colonel after 20 years of active service. I’m passionate about helping veterans find meaningful employment and create fulfilling lives beyond the military.

After transitioning to the corporate world myself several years ago, I quickly realized it was far more challenging than I had anticipated. This experience sparked a question: there has to be a better way. As I successfully made my way through corporate America, I began receiving numerous questions from fellow service members facing similar challenges, prompting me to write down my tips and make videos to reach a wider audience.

That’s how US Military Transition began—to give veterans practical guidance and a clear roadmap for navigating their own transitions.

As I manage my own corporate career, I also volunteer as a veteran career readiness coach to help others succeed. I’m committed to equipping veterans with the tools and insights they need to thrive in civilian life.
